We are looking for a talented, detail oriented, analytical individual for our Innovation Project Manager position!


The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for the scoping, ongoing administration and training on Core Bank's enterprise and Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications.  This position will implement, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and other workflow based technologies and software used throughout the enterprise.  The Project Manager will also facilitate conversion to new technologies and software and will be responsible for ongoing administration of those technologies.


The Innovation Project Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that encourages productive interactions with customers, co-workers and supervisors
  • Performing basic administration of various software, including the Bank's instance
  • Identifying, diagnosing and resolving end user problems in a manner that exemplifies the bank's high standards of customer service
  • Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity
  • Auditing, uncovering and resolving data integrity issues
  • Completing bulk imports of data
  • Performing batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes
  • Developing training plans, materials and documentation for application users, keeping materials up-to-date, coordinating new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees
  • Monitoring user adoption rates and responding as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
  • Assisting users with report design and management
  • Delivering training and communication to business users
  • Recommending best practices based on interactions with the user community
  • Working with business units to identify changes to the systems and facilitating those changes through the established change management process
  • Working with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the various applications
  • Working with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business processes or functions
  • Participating in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as the opportunities arise
  • Assisting co-workers with task completion and work load over run as requested.
  • Other activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required may be assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as IT, Business, Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise IT role or technical related role
  • Strong overall technical background
  • Banking industry experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in report writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external contacts regarding complex policies, procedures or programs
  • Ability to set priorities and deadlines within the general department priorities
  • Strong problem solving ability and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements
