Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:
o Bachelors degree preferred.
o MCSE/MCSA, CCNA certifications strongly preferred.
o 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration.
o 3+ years of experience in IT Support.
o Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and InTune MDM.
o Experience with Windows Server and its related components (DHCP, DNS, AD, etc).
o Knowledge of server virtualization technology and backups, VMware preferred.
o Strong Knowledge of security, data backup, and disaster recovery.
o Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment.
o Strong written and oral communication skills.
o Comfortable presenting oneself in community settings.
o Possess a valid California drivers license and proof of automobile insurance. Position requires DMV clearance.
o Must be able to pass a criminal background check, FBI/DOJ fingerprinting, TB test, and drug screen.
o Understanding of and passion for the Foundations mission, vision, values.
o Enjoys working directly with youth, volunteers, community partners, etc.
o Able to work independently and proactively fix issues as they come up.
o Able to remain flexible, innovative, and adaptive to change.
o Desire to learn and implement new technology.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements: Position may require use of personal vehicle. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, typing, bending and lifting up to approximately 50 lbs. (i.e. tables, chairs, food, water, etc.)
Modification to work schedule may be made based on need of the Foundation.
