Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, acute and chronic illness management, and patient education.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and other medical treatments as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare providers, and the care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Nursing with a specialization as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
- Current and unrestricted Washington State RN and ARNP licensure.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner).
- Current DEA certificate.
- BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
