Roby Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Service and Repair HVAC Technician to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to our residential clients. As a vital member of our Home Services Division, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and assessments of HVAC systems in residential settings to diagnose issues accurately.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on various HVAC equipment, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Replace or repair defective components, parts, or wiring to restore proper functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Follow company procedures and industry standards for safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and work completed for billing and documentation purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries while offering expert advice on system maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a residential service and repair capacity.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems, as well as industry regulations and best practices.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC repair and service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
