Position Description

The Product Marketing Manager will work with key stakeholders in the organization to build and execute product marketing strategies that drive adoption of our products and solutions. In this role, you will analyze brand performance, competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies based on research and analysis.

  • Execute product and solution marketing objectives and defined key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and Technology to drive growth and customer success.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product solutions in the market.
  • Own direction and cohesiveness development of high-impact marketing content. (e.g., datasheets, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements).
  • Communicate value and selling proposition to the sales team, creating and presenting sales training content to improve sales performance.
  • Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product. 
  • Coordinate planning of solution launches of new products/releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, including messaging and positioning, internal communications, website, email newsletter, analyst briefings, and field/event marketing.
  • Analyze market trends to position product solutions, identify new required capabilities.
  • Gather intelligence from internal and external sources to develop and refine our solution position to the market; expert on product buyers and buying criteria.
  • Collect market requirements and conduct research to design and create new products, solutions, features, and benefits.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning to enable demand generation and other teams to execute campaigns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of enterprise customer identity use cases, buyers, and markets.
  • Become an expert in the TokenEx Data Protection Platform capabilities, value, and benefits.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product and solutions marketing.
  • Technical experience with enterprise software.
  • History of content strategy and creation across the buyer journey.
  • Experience presenting to executives, sales teams, and others.
  • Experience creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and internal knowledge management sites.
