- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field strongly preferred
- One (1) to Three (3) years experience in manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong emphasis on state and local safety regulations, safety compliance and training
- Experience in leading Lean/Kaizen activities strongly preferred
- Work experience in TPS/or similar environment a plus
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
