The Aiken, SC plant produces approximately 1,000,000 miles of glass fiber reinforcement per day and operates on a 24/7/365 schedule. The Job
Operates standard forming winding compliment to produce continuous product while auditing & notifying appropriate personnel of any quality & or equipment problems.

Do these responsibilities describe what you do best?
- Perform proper scanning procedure(s) while operating winding machine compliment.
- Inspects doff tubes and handles any occurrences (including but not limited to, breaks, call-downs, package build, etc.).
- Audits and notifies appropriate personnel of any quality and / or equipment problems, writes and follows up
- Operates computer utilizes various software programs to accomplish goals (including but not limited to process audits, maintenance requests, MES, etc.).
- Procures packing material from designated surge area. Visually inspects and ensures proper weight and packs (including but not limited to shippable forming packages, wet chop, etc.)
