Summer 2024 Engineering Intern

Milsco is a seating manufacture in the motorcycle, power sports, marine, golf cart, heavy duty industry and turf care markets and we have an internship opportunity available for our plant located in Redgranite, WI.

Overview:

We are looking an Intern for the Summer of 2024 who can work full-time, onsite, with employment starting in June. The Engineering Intern will work with a team of Engineers, Quality and Maintenance to develop practical solutions for manufacturing and improvement of Milsco products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes in a manufacturing environment; make recommendations for improvements to production methods
• Work with production team to create and revise Manufacturing Work instructions
• Support and/or lead investigations to determine options for change and improvement to manufacturing process
• Process Manufacturing Change Requests

• Must pursuing an engineering or related degree from an accredited university
• Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, good interpersonal skills, well organized and able to work independently but knows when to ask for assistance when needed
