Internships are one of the many ways in which EveryMind is helping to build the next generation of mental health service providers. Internships are available for a semester or the entire school year. Our internships may be paid or unpaid, depending on the program. Interns will be eligible for school credit. Weekly supervision is provided to interns.

EveryMind is seeking a Marketing & Events Intern to join our team. As part of our team, you will play a key role in the preparation, planning, and execution of tabling and outreach events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a keen interest in event planning to gain valuable hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the art of marketing and event coordination. This internship involves:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist with all tasks related to tabling and outreach events. This includes coordinating and organizing necessary materials for program volunteers for tabling sessions.
  • Print Collateral Management: Handle the ordering of print collateral including flyers, banners, and merchandise for distribution at events and marketing campaigns.
  • Design Assistance: Provide light assistance with the design of flyers and print collateral, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Expense Reporting: Help with tracking and reporting of event-related expenses to ensure budget compliance.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaboratively work with vendors, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring goods and services are received as planned.
  • Follow-up & Coordination Enhancements: Ensure seamless and meticulous follow-up and coordination of event planning tasks, contributing to the process of continuous improvement of event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, event management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
  • Interest in event planning and marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

 

EveryMind is looking for a Development Intern to join our team. This internship will provide an opportunity to gain hands on experience with fundraising, grant writing, and engaging with stakeholders, all in support of mental wellness. Support the Development/Fundraising department of EveryMind with:

  • Identifying, researching, and outreach to donors
  • Drafting language for fundraising appeals
  • Drafting memos and other documents for internal leadership, staff, and potential/existing donors
  • Support grant writing and reporting
  • Manage tracking documents and data entry
  • Collaborate on EveryMind events and ensure sponsorship benefits execution
