Position Details

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and organization skills who will work with various teams to integrate Point of Sale (POS) and Property Management System (PMS) vendors with Shift4. The successful candidate will manage and facilitate progression of projects with various Shift4 teams and partners. The candidate must be self-motivated and take initiative to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Functions

  • Administrative tasks regarding contacts includes: uploading contracts for signatures, tracking those contracts to ensure execution, and entering any information obtained into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Ability to assist with managing projects and coordinating complex integrations by working closely with Business Development, API, various Shift4 Customer Service departments and Independent Service Providers (ISV)
  • Follow-up with Customer Service departments and Business Development to manage POS/PMS integration projects and document progress in Shift4’s CRM
  • Review unresolved troubleshooting projects and ensure proper follow- up is taken
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must have prior Project Coordinator/Management experience
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with other groups, departments, clients, and partners
  • Adaptability and flexibility to considerable variety in the workplace
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Must remain organized at all times

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred; two to four years of progressively responsible experience in related fields; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Experience in the technical or payments industry preferred
