Maintenance Technician

1^st Lake Properties is an owner-manager of over 75 different market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans, LA areas and we have been in business for over 50 years. We are currently adding Maintenance Technicians to our team to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments at our 322-unit apartment community in River Ridge: Sawmill Creek apartment.

What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:

• Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins.
• Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets.

The individual joining our Team should have the following:

• Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Tools and reliable transportation.
