The Physician Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical part in the recruitment of Radiologists. This position supports, evaluates and oversees attracting top talent, working closely with the Physician Recruiter. Maintaining a solid pipeline, trustworthy relationships with candidates and an accurate database will bring success to this position.
Job Functions
- Perform initial interview and screening to determine candidates’ suitability for Real Radiology
- Prepare and complete candidate application
- Present qualified candidates to the Physician Recruiter
- Maintain accurate radiologist recruitment database
- Interact with prospective and current candidates through email, phone, video and in-person
- Provide ongoing communication to prospects, building and maintaining a solid pipeline
- Collaborate with the Business Sales and Development department on recruiting advertising, content and radiologist conferences
- Complete assigned tasks for marketing campaigns
- Attend conferences and physician recruitment events
- Stay current on recruiting trends
- Complete additional project-based responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years Recruiting experience preferred
- Teleradiology, radiology, or other healthcare environment experience preferred
