JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for balancing reports & accounts, updating & maintaining policies and procedures, and providing support and training to tellers and teller supervisors on teller functions, policy, procedures, software & equipment.


  • Balance recap reports & clearing accounts daily.
  • Update & maintain teller manuals to include policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assist with and conduct training for tellers and teller supervisors
  • Provide technical support on teller software & equipment
  • Provide support & training on loading and balancing ATMs
  • Assist and support tellers and teller supervisors on all teller functions, policy & procedure questions and issues
  • Remit counterfeit money as needed.
  • Maintain & update COPE
  • Schedule and follow up on Quarterly Audits
  • Review holds daily
  • Review ATM deposits daily
  • Backup for monthly reporting
  • Travel to Banking Centers as need for support and training.
  • Review and balance coin & currency shipments as needed
  • Work with Auditors on any Audits on any teller & cash related audits.
  • Keep bait money logs and schedule for replacement semi-annually.
  • Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Effectively work and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
  • Follow the direction of supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Perform other duties and projects as requested/required by management.


  • Minimum 2-3 years previous teller experience
  • Computer skills including experience with Windows Applications, MS Office, Word, Excel and Access

This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:

  • Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
  • Frequent lifting (up to 10 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
  • Driving to client locations and other sites as needed.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules.
