Trader - Global Developed Credit

The Trader will be responsible for the trading of investment grade corporate bonds on behalf of a diverse base of client investment vehicles including mutual funds, UCITs, ETFs, and separately managed institutional accounts.  Undertake ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Job Functions

• Trade investment grade corporate bonds
  • Ensure best execution and fair allocation on each trade
  • Ensure compliance with all portfolio guidelines
  • Allocate and ticket all trades
  • Maintain records for each trade
  • Work with settlement team on unresolved trade issues
• Track and manage daily cash positions across all investment grade corporate accounts
• Track and manage investment grade primary calendar
  • Maintain and distribute new issue details and updates
  • Manage new issue orders and allocations
• Provide updates to credit team on market news and trends
• Monitor key positions for price movements and trading activity
• Maintain and enrich relationships with sell side counter parties
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of investment grade trading experience
• Credit training is a plus
• Outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
