Warehouse Supervisor

This is a working Supervisor role responsible for overseeing the warehouse, including products, materials, inbound raw/outbound shipments and its employees. This position will be required to: record and maintain inventory, delegate tasks, problem solve, uphold quality and productivity standard while promoting a positive and collaborative approach to achieve desired results. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will model and uphold company policies and directives, including safe work practices, cleanliness, organization, and inventory management.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years shipping & receiving experience
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience
• Inventory management experience
• Managing/ leading others
• Degree in related field, helpful

Computer Skills

Intermediate-level computer familiarity, including Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and TEAMS.
