As a Physician Ambassador you will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the professional development of our radiologists. You will serve as a key liaison between radiologists and internal departments, contributing to the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our teleradiology services.
Essential Job Functions

- Address and facilitate communication for inquiries and other assignments
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new radiologists, including orientation and training
- Coordinate and oversee mentorship and CME, and other training.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including scheduling, accounting, and IT, to help streamline processes and optimize workflow efficiency
- Manage and direct internal licensing and credentialing process to ensure radiologists maintain appropriate certifications
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and attorneys as necessary
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges or areas for improvement, gather feedback from radiologists and other stakeholders, and escalate issues to management as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in teleradiology, radiology, or other healthcare environment preferred
