Chartiers Center is a Community Mental Health/IDD Center that has a rich range of service offerings. Among them are the highly ranked Hestia, Atlas and Vesta Programs that are part of our Homeless Housing Specialty Services. We are seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Housing Coordinator to change the lives of the people we serve.
Housing Coordinators change lives by:

Work with homeless individuals to help them identify a place to live and to develop the skills and supports to prevent relapse to being homeless,

Act as a liaison between landlords and clients

Provide ongoing case management and referrals to assist clients with becoming self-sufficient

Work independently in the community and in client homes while still being a part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 1 year experience working with clients experiencing homelessness or Associate's degree and 2 years' experience working experiencing homelessness.

Valid Driver’s License Required.
