Position Overview:

As a GTM Operations Analyst, you have a passion for diving into data, summarizing trends, and making an impact. You will use your skills to develop intuitive and reliable dashboards and reports to understand drivers of performance for the Sales and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will also be able to identify areas of opportunity, design scalable solutions, and implement and document new operational processes. 

About the Team: Our Strategy and Operations team manages efficiency through models, tools, metrics and strategic direction.  Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams we identify key metrics to ensure effective sales and GTM strategies.  The Strategy and Operations team is heavily relied on to execute critical business processes, programs and change initiatives.

  

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop database, KPIs, and dashboards to facilitate business processes and increase transparency

  • Ensure consistency, reliability and quality of all standard reports

  • Automate business operations models

  • Build ad hoc reports and analyses based on requests from the business teams

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and defining and implementing solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with managers to identify and address areas for improvement

  • Provide support on usage of dashboards and tools

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experience applying quantitative analysis and logical reasoning

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)

  • 2+ years of experience in Analytics or Sales Operations preferred

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Gainsight or Pardot a plus

  • Able to work independently and in a team, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven

  • Can-do attitude and self-driven individual

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality
