Job Title: Graphic Designer
Reports to: Chief Development Officer

Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high quality graphic designs for both print and digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Create a variety of digital assets under the company’s brand book, such as brochures, posters, business cards, website graphics, social media, video and PowerPoint presentations.
- Capture product photography & videography in various setting, such as in office or on-filed, with complimentary skillset of post-production.
- Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team throughout the design process and communicates effectively in order to get the best results.
- Coordinate with printing vendors on design productions.
- Manages and prioritizes multiple projects at once with a strong sense of urgency.
- Maintains high-level of attention to details while managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Mentor, coach and train junior designers and marketing staff.
- Performs various duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with impressive design portfolios
- Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WorldPress and major design and creative software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Chinese (simplified and/or traditional) in both verbal and written communication required.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
