Description

The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (The Arc) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live the lives they choose and connect with their communities.

As the Support Coordinator for Day Services & Workforce Development, you will ensure an interdisciplinary approach to providing Day and Workforce Development services for the people we support by coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking implementation of the person-centered plans for the group of people you are assigned. The Support Coordinator will be a liaison between stakeholders and The Arc regarding our Day Services and Workforce Development programs, providing wrap-around support for the people we serve so they progress along the continuum of Day and Workforce Development services.
