Now Hiring! General Factory- 1st Shift

This is a temporary, 6 month assignment

Milsco is looking for dedicated, hardworking, safety and quality driven individuals to join our team!  This is for 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am. to 5pm CST.  We are located at 1301 W. Canal Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Assemble, produce, and pack specialty vehicle seating products
• Use assembly fixtures, tools, machines, fasteners, and adhesives as required
• Support time studies of prototype builds
• Alert appropriate personnel to component inventory shortages in a timely fashion
• Support prototype and fixture rework and/or builds
• Support development new work cell for engineering builds
• Support development work instructions based on prototype builds
• 5S the building including all build areas
• Back up shipping and receiving as needed
• Accurately report all labor time, scrap, and other information as required
• Perform and document quality checks as required
• Utilize basic mathematics to perform and record measurements with rulers, micrometers, and other equipment as defined

• High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to learn computer software programs
