Part-Time Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a Part-Time Non-Invasive Cardiologist.  Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Approximately 8 10-hour shifts per month. Compensation: $2,000 per 10-hour shift. PSMC will provide professional liability insurance coverage. PSMC offers some health insurance benefits to part-time employees who work an average of 20 hours or more per week. PSMC and Provider each contribute 6% of earnings to a 401a Retirement subject to I.R.S. contribution and compensation limits and five-year vesting. Voluntary participation in 457 plan.   PSMC's Rural Health Clinic is a Colorado Health Service Corps site and eligible providers can apply for the CHSC loan repayment program. • Colorado licensure (or eligible to apply for licensure) to practice as a Physician;
• Federal DEA registration;

• professional education, training, experience, and current competency;

• professional liability insurance coverage in the amounts of $1 million/$3 million (to be provided by PSMC for employed physicians); and,
