Description

The Arc Central Chesapeake Region supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live, work, and connect with their communities.

As the Person-Centered Planning (PCP) Administrator, will ensure coordination and compliance with the person-centered planning process across the organization and ensure related documentation tied to plan implementation, service funding, and other essential compliance elements are completed.

This position will facilitate an organization-wide focus on person centered planning, supporting persons served to reach their vision for themselves while providing quality supports and ensure compliance with DDA, Arc, and Medicaid regulations. You will work in partnership with executive leadership to assist with implementation of a quality improvement system aligned to person-centered planning and support through facilitating stakeholder feedback and documentation of personal outcomes for people served.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to remain flexible, calm under pressure and adaptive to changes, while being a model and resource for employees. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, though a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is strongly preferred, and a Masters degree is a plus. Five years of professional experience in person-centered compliance for people with intellectual and development disabilities and three years in a management role are required.
