Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. NPs must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). PAs must be certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Full-time providers work four 10-hour shifts per week (not weekends). Part-time providers work a minimum of two 10-hour shifts per week (not weekends). PSMC provides professional liability insurance coverage to all employed providers. PSMC provides a CME allowance of $6,000 annually (gross and subject to taxes) for full-time providers and $3,000 annually for part-time providers. Full-time providers receive 260 hours of paid time off per year. Compensation range for full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants: $119,000 to $136,000 per year. Compensation range for part-time Nurse Practitioners or Physicians Assistants: $57.21 to $65.38 per hour.
