About the Role

The D2B Marketing Manager is a key strategic member of the commercial business segment responsible for leading all D2B marketing activities across our commercial segments. The D2B Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to attract, nurture, retain, and grow commercial accounts. This role will report to the EVP of Commercial Market Segments.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the strategic marketing plan to drive and grow demand across commercial customer segments

  • Lead integrated D2B marketing campaigns across key digital channels and platforms to drive significant revenue growth and solidify our core competitive strengths

  • Drive significant direct commercial web revenue growth to our segmented ecommerce platforms

  • Measure the impact of work by establishing the right metrics, crafting reports and communicating results to leadership team

  • Partner closely with the Commercial Sales team to align on priorities and enable them to meet business objectives

  • Partner cross functionally to leverage email, web, paid advertising, etc

  • Understand our target audience and ensure campaign, content, channels and targeting are aligned to achieve optimal results

  • Understand and communicate our key competitive advantages across our commercial business segments

  • Deliver detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance and lead attribution

  • Drive new product adoption into our primary commercial segments with email campaigns, strategic prospecting, and significant press coverage

  • Ensure D2B sections of our website are updated on a regular basis

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in D2B Marketing or role with similar responsibilities

  • Proven track record of direct to business success in lead generation, ecommerce for commercial product sales, and revenue growth

  • Deep understanding of demand generation tactics and lead generation tactics within commercial segments

  • Ability to build a deep understanding of individual products segments including a mastery of competitive positioning and USP

  • Strategic mentality including the ability to see and communicate the big picture in a way that inspires your team and others

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Marketing, Sales and other teams

  • Data-driven decision maker
