Evaluation Period: Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester
Purpose: The Graphic Designer and Content Creator Student Employee will be directly responsible for helping with the design and creation of marketing plans for the MSJ Design HUB. This role will shape the creative development of the project from concept to completion. Project types include, but are not limited to; Print, web, video, online ads(social media) ,large scale print graphics, brochure and more. This role has the ability to work remotely with bi-weekly in-person meetings/zoom meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts.
- Use strong design skills towards laying out concepts in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
- Design premium quality graphics for clients like digital display ads, social media posts, contest graphics, emails, website elements, printed pieces and more.
- Animate social media posts and edit video for use on social media.
