Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing BrightView’s people strategy, aligned to the company’s business objectives. This role will guide, counsel, develop, educate and motivate teams and leadership around engagement, organizational development and culture, while promoting fair and equitable treatment in human resource practices. Additionally, a successful HR Business Partner at BrightView facilitates proactive people management, is a strong change champion and works effectively both within the department and across the broader organization to enable teams to achieve BrightView’s performance goals.
Essential Job Duties:

Drives performance improvement processes and promotes positive changes in the areas of human capital, seeking to evolve the overall HR function from tactical to strategic and forward-thinking in a progressive and fast-growing organization.

Assists with the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives including organizational development, succession planning, performance management, talent assessments, leadership development, team member engagement, workforce planning and diversity.

Provides counsel to business leaders and team members on matters related to human capital.

Enacts recommendations based on knowledge of industry trends, competitive benchmarks and emerging technologies relative to HR policies, systems and processes.

Develops and delivers effective employee relations and communications plans.

Helps leaders build values and culture.

Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
