Front-End Web Developer

Overview:
You will be expected to be fluent in HTML and CSS with good working knowledge and experience with jQuery/JS/PHP, practicing relevant coding practices. Knowledge of Elementor and visual builders, custom WordPress theme/plugin development, and experience coding HTML emails is a plus. The James Agency is looking for passionate people who are driven to do the best work possible in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in a related major or relevant job experience
• 2+ years experience
• Proficiency in WordPress
• Experience with Elementor and other visual builders
• Ability to cleanly code and customize HTML, CSS, jQuery/JS, and PHP
• Responsive design and coding
• Detailed understanding of cross-browser support issues
• Knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with wireframing tools such as Figma
• Ability to optimize and prepare  assets for web
• Ability to translate approved designs for other page layouts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
• Desire and ability to learn processes and protocols of the agency
• Works well in a team environment (you have to be cool)

Bonus Skills:

• Creative eye for design
• Experience coding and cross-testing HTML emails
• Experience with GTM and Google Analytics set up Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in a related major or relevant job experience
