Financial Analyst


The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (The Arc) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live, work, and connect with their community.

As the Financial Analyst, you will support the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Division with a variety of financial analysis and projects related to the growth of services, housing, and revenue cycle management. The Financial Analyst will support the annual audit, special audits and reviews, and other compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience developing, documenting, and continuously reviewing accounting procedures, policies, systems, and business processes, as well as project managing ongoing and ad hoc finance related projects. Data reconciliation, preparing internal and external financial reports, and supporting revenue cycle management related to Medicaid billing for Self-Directed Services will all be responsibilities of the Financial Analyst.

This role requires three years of senior accountant level experience with skills facilitating complicated, in-depth analyses on financial activities as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. A CPA/CMA and MBA would be a plus and experience with DDA, Medicaid funding, and housing related accounting are strongly preferred.

The salary is $85,000 annually and the position comes with a competitive total rewards package. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Linthicum, MD that is eligible for periodic telework.
