Description

The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (The Arc) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live, work, and connect with their community.

Even though we are the largest self-directed services provider in Maryland with over 2,300 participant employers enrolled statewide, our Self-Directed Services team is anything but impersonal. The work we do directly supports employers with IDD in experiencing greater self-determination, independence, and choice.

As a Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist, you will provide administrative and customer service support for escalated inquiries related to accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting processing. You will collaborate across the department to promote the most efficient and effective resolution strategies. Your ability to learn and adapt to new technology, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and keen attention to detail will be essential to this role.  

Qualifications

This role requires 3 years of experience providing customer service related to financial inquiries along with experience working in accounting or a finance-related field such as payroll or financial reporting. This position also requires a high school diploma or GED, though a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. This role is a full-time position located in our Linthicum, MD Headquarters and includes paid professional development and continuing education, as well as a competitive total rewards (benefits) package.
