(ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets.  ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide. 

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Finance with a background in the food and beverage export industry. The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in finance and have a proven track record of at least 10 years in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion of that experience in the food and beverage export sector.

 

The Director of Finance is a strategic leadership role, responsible for guiding financial planning and analysis efforts.  This position involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while providing actionable insights to senior management.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise the growth and development of the organization's finance departments, including the formulation and review of policies and routine evaluations of financial functions.
  • Perform investment feasibility studies and make recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Provide guidance on cash flow forecasting, oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, and ensure adherence to tax and financial reporting standards.
  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
  • Providing strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and executives to set financial goals and objectives.
  • Analyze financial data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide recommendations for improving financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Manage financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to support decision-making.
  • Drive the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the financial health of ATI.
  • Monitor and report on financial variances, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the food and beverage export market.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Master degree in Finance or related field is required; a CPA/CA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance leadership role, with a significant portion of that experience in CPG/FMCG is a must.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Substantial P&L experience and prior experience managing credit lines for banks is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically.
  • Adaptability to changing business environments and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in managing and implementing financial systems and technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage export regulations and market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes is preferred.

 

What you’ll be paid:

Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $125,000 - $145,000 annually.
