Endeavor is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management Team located in Austin. The Assistant Property Manager manages properties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of lease administration, income/expense management and administration, physical facilities management and tenant relations. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for the daily preparation and maintenance of basic accounting data. This is an exempt position.
Accountabilities
- Assist with the field activities associated with a portfolio of properties
- Supervise vendors (landscaping, porter, etc) on day-to-day activities
- Field, track and respond to tenant service requests
- Perform regular property inspections and make detailed reports
- Assist in the development of operating and capital budgets
- Conduct initial collection calls
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports for owner, identify variances
- Input leases, tenant data and invoices to create and maintain computer-based account files
- Prepare financial and management reports as required
- Track certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors and send letters when certificate has expired
- Generate system-aged receivables reports to track and report aged items
- Prepare lease commencement letters, delivery letters and construction plan approval letters for each new lease and/or amendments to the lease
- Prepare and submit annual operating expense escalation/reconciliation letters for each tenant
