PRN Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals is looking to add a remote Customer Service Representative to our team. This is a part-time position.

Position Summary
The Customer Advisor is responsible for data/order entry, order processing and customer service calls, emails, order tracking, and assisting customers with a host of issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via the telephone: courteous, efficient, telephone/electronic interpersonal communication, through both inbound and outbound communication. Maintains call quality of 90% or better.
- Possess outstanding ability to communicate via the telephone and process data simultaneously. Has excellent customer feedback and works proactively to handle 65-75 calls per day.
- Works to assist the CRD leadership team in the identification and resolution of work flow issues and the management of customer expectations.
- Works to resolve customer issues and will leverage a 10% cost savings to preserve customer relations. Resolves payment issues on inbound calls.
- Maintains proficiency in team metrics including Call Volume, Availability, and Customer Service Scores
- Maintains accuracy and thoroughness in Data entry and has less than 8 processing errors each month.
