We are seeking long-term growth and career-minded rock stars to join our team! American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets.  ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide.  We are looking for a Senior Systems Manager who will manage numerous systems within ATI including SAP and Microsoft Office. This role involves maintaining the day-to-day functionality of systems, system improvements and supporting ATI employees in using those systems.

 

What you’ll do:
•Manage systems implementations, resolve issues, and maintain system readiness.
•Conduct training sessions, update materials, and establish SOPs.
•Drive system processes and contribute to the design and testing of system improvements.
•Create system reports and provide data analytics support to all departments.
•Support IT hardware/software capital expenditure and licensing contract negotiations.
•Support ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign) and address high-level errors.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support decision-making.
•Act as a strategic partner and provide guidance on data-driven decision-making.
•Provide feedback and coaching to junior members as needed.
•Managing the workflow assigned to junior members ensuring accurate results.
•Utilize management tools and reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•8 - 12 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, or any similar combination of education and related experience.
•Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, SAP Business ByDesign.
•Experience with licensing contracts and IT hardware/software management is essential.
•Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and software applications.
•Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities are essential.
•Ability to manage stress in a complex environment and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
•Must possess a positive attitude and proactive approach.
•Must have a high degree of comfort discussing work-related matters with upper management with confidence.
•Must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 

What you’ll be paid:
Commensurate with experience, this position comes with $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary.
