The Inside Sales Specialist is a unique position requiring a broad call center sales background with heavy emphasis on outbound sales. - Entering, updating and reviewing data and records
- Ensuring enrollments are completely correctly and the required support materials have been provided
- Collecting information and qualifying customers for products and services
- Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes and policies
