What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! This position is responsible for managing and growing the affiliate program including recruiting new affiliates, building and maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, and developing strategies to grow the program. 

 

In addition, this role will be tasked with analyzing affiliate performance, helping troubleshoot issues, streamlining communication, and guaranteeing goals and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have experience with affiliate marketing and digital marketing and  basic knowledge of budget forecasting and financial accruals/invoicing. 

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and ability to follow up constantly.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Develop and manage relationships with key affiliates to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Research and approve new affiliate partners.
  • Recruit new affiliates by identifying opportunities and reaching out to potential partners.
  • Supervise the affiliate performance, offering direction on recruitment and aligning compensation structures with efficiency goals.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting of any affiliated-related problem with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with the terms of agreements and company policies.
  • Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Monthly financial accruals and invoicing for Affiliates.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Will Need:

 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing affiliate partners in high-volume budgets.
  • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in multichannel positions (SEM, Paid Social, etc.)
  • Experience in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Polished communication and talent for creating and maintaining connections with affiliate partners.
  • Reporting skills and knowledge in creating performance presentations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms like Rakuten

The starting annual base pay for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as part of the compensation package.
