Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in electrical wiring and controls.
- Ability to read schematics, electrical drawings, and blueprints.
- Competence in using power tools and electrical test equipment.
- Experience in electrical panel assembly and machine wiring.
- Ability to identify and assemble various electrical components.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Positive attitude in a team environment.
- Adherence to safe working practices and company safety standards.
- Must own basic electrical tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wire strippers, pliers).
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical work.
- Experience diagnosing AC and DC power circuits with voltages up to 600 VAC.
- Experience in machine assembly, including the use of general shop hand tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with identification software and labeling equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
