UI Designer

We're looking for a UI Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual touch points supporting the customer sales journey, as well as the interactivity behind them. This position will be responsible for delivering consistent experiences within the brand guidelines across the board.  This role is crucial in supporting Marketing's role in educating and enabling conversion throughout the funnel. The UI Designer will work closely with the product team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, representing Marketing's voice and customer POV.

What You Will Do:

• Both design and execute on concepts
• Deliver assets supporting the user journey across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions representing marketing’s customer point of view.
• Incorporate user research into design and evaluate user feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design.
• Evaluate and set best practices and standards.
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites.

What You Will Need:

• 3-5 years of experience working as a UI designer
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Contentful, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Knowledge of front-end development, i.e., proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a service, retail, subscription, or ecommerce industry.

The starting annual base pay for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to the base pay, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as part of the compensation package.
