MDS Communications, one of the nation’s leading telephone fundraising firms,  provides telephone fundraising services for many nationally known humanitarian non-profits such as Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity, Feeding America, Heifer International, as well as well-known Christian ministries, including Focus on the Family. We are also a leading call center for some of the nation’s most respected conservative organizations including The Heritage Foundation and the Republican National Committee.

MDS Communications is looking for a full time Client Services Account Coordinator (AC) in our Mesa, Arizona location (upon completion of a probationary period, our team has the privilege of working from home Mondays and Fridays, if desired).  The AC is not a call center (or accounting) position.

 

Job Description

The Client Services Account Coordinator provides administrative support to Account Managers, who are responsible for handling multiple national non-profit accounts. Our client service department is team-centered, fun-loving, and fast-paced. The AC is an entry level position and is our stepping-stone to the Client Project Manager and Account Manager positions.  Initial responsibilities include general administrative support, report generation and budget tracking (proficiency in Excel is a must), inter-departmental communication, workflow management, client/customer service, and general copywriting and proofreading. As the AC grows in their position, additional tasks will be assigned to prepare them for promotion, if desired.

Qualifications

Candidates must be comfortable working in a Christian environment and have a passion for helping others. The AC must be able to organize and prioritize client deliverables while maintaining the ability to pivot quickly as new requests come in. The CSC is responsible for proofreading communication sent to thousands of donors each week so they MUST have a keen eye for detail! A successful CSC has strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the support process.

Candidates must have excellent Microsoft Office skills - particularly Word and Excel. 

Additional Information

Starting Salary:
$43,000-$48,000/year DOE.
