Position Summary: Current student or inexperienced grad looking to gain real-life practical experience in the Human Resources field with a growing company. This is a part-time position with a hybrid remote/office schedule.

Under the direction of Corporate Staff and guidance of Senior HR Generalist;
- Perform audits related to benefits, payroll and general HRIS
- Revamp marketing materials ie: job descriptions, website content in partnership with marketing
- Data entry of historical WC items into new safety management software
- Perform various HR responsibilities, including projects assigned by Senior HR Director
- Review and understand the flow the payroll process (including expense off cycle)
- Live presentation recapping the intern experience to Capital leadership at close of program
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment
