Night Supervisor

You are responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of the dogs staying for 24-hour care stays as well as ensuring that the location is secure, clean and well maintained. You are expected to report all health issues at the end of your shift in writing. You must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the dogs are healthy and safe
• Reporting on all dogs issues to the Shift Supervisors or Managers
• Ensuring that the facility is secure
• Keeping the facility clean
• Performing facility maintenance

Performance Metrics:

• Number of incidents
• Frequency and level of detail of incidents reported
• Number of security incidents
• Cleanliness of the store

Salary: $18.00/ hour

• High School diploma or GED.
• Comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs.
• Knowledge of Biscuits & Bath and a genuine interest in the well-being of dogs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be physically fit to lift dogs 50+ lbs, kneel, stand for long periods of time and perform requirements of the job.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
