- Knowledge of healthcare industry or VA facilities
- Knowledge of requirements processes
- Knowledge of clinical workflow processes and standards
- Ability to clearly communicate technical elements to clinical staff and clinical elements to technical staff
- Detail-oriented and client focused
- Excellent listening skills and clear and concise presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Aptitude for understanding technical process and the ability to learn new software as needed

Education:
