Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Prior flight instructor in multi-engine land airplane and instruments as CFII/MEI, FAA Certificated Air Carrier IP/CP, or equivalent military experience.
- Possess Airline Transport Certificate; Airplane Multi-engine Land (ATP-AMEL)
- Possess or be able to hold a Class I Medical Certificate
- Possess a thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Must possess valid Passport.
Preferred Experience:
- Hold EMB-120 type rating.
- Possess a good working knowledge and experience with MS Office or Office 365 computer programs and/or database programs.
- Prior experience as IP/CP particularly in FAR 135 or 121 air carriers, including simulator instruction.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., perform assigned pilot duties involving confined sitting for up to 10 flight hours per day and be exposed to a wide variety of environmental and weather conditions while working outside including, but not limited to, extreme heat, cold, and adverse weather conditions.
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to CONUS; preferably the Austin-San Antonio or Atlanta area.
- Be able to travel to accomplish training and job duties up to 50% of the time.
- Be able to work in a variety of environments including indoor, outdoor, and austere operating environments within hostile areas of operation that may include threats from enemy combatants both in the air and on the ground.
