We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Technical Consulting Delivery to lead and manage our delivery operations across various government verticals including child welfare, benefits, child care, unemployment insurance, and child support.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Technical Consulting Delivery Vice President, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects within the government sector. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee both consulting engagements and technical system implementations, ensuring seamless project management and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex projects valued between $500,000 and $5,000,000, and a deep understanding of the government domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery process for consulting and technical projects across government verticals. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Government Verticals Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of government processes, regulations, and challenges, enabling you to align the company's services to meet specific client needs.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants and project managers. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key government stakeholders. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, address concerns, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Project Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Work closely with the finance and resource management teams to develop and manage project budgets effectively. Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project delivery.

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges in projects and develop mitigation plans. Ensure all necessary steps are taken to address and minimize risks throughout project execution.

- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables and client interactions. Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to maintain excellence in project outcomes.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and evaluate project performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and present project status updates to senior management and clients regularly.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies.
