The ideal candidate will possess:

At least five years’ experience in education, ideally at the elementary level, as well as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM-related field and a successful track record of designing and implementing technology curricula

Experience utilizing project-based learning and design thinking

Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of team

Demonstrative, instinctive aptitude, and broad knowledge of computer science education, including age appropriate programming languages, curricula, computer functionality, and educational technology tools including, but not limited to: Schoology, Scratch, LEGO Robotics, Seesaw, Google Suite, Canva, Code.org, Kodable, Blockly, 3D printing, CAD

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this 10-month faculty position is $71,850-$109,566, with experience informing a base salary as published in Hackley’s faculty salary stage scale.
