Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and deliver extraordinary dining experiences at our Stadium Club. Culinary Creativity and Menu Development

  • Create innovative and exciting menus that reflect the vibrant and energetic atmosphere of our Stadium Club.
  • Develop sports-inspired elevated dishes, unique twists on classic favorites, and seasonal offerings that excite and entice our guests.
  • Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentations to create a dining experience that exceeds expectations.

Food Preparation and Execution

  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals in the preparation and execution of exceptional dishes.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest culinary standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and streamline efficient cooking techniques and processes.

Team Management and Training

  • Hire, train, and mentor culinary staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and encourage professional growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the culinary team.

Food Safety and Hygiene

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and enforce proper food handling, storage, and waste management procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement appropriate safety and hygiene measures.
  • Ensure all associates and leaders have Food Safety certifications and any additional certifications that are required by Florida law.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

  • Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste through efficient ordering and inventory tracking.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients while maximizing value for the Stadium Club.
  • Monitor and analyze food costs, adjusting menus and portion sizes as needed to maintain profitability.

Special Events and Catering

  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special culinary experiences, themed nights, and catered events.
  • Design custom menus for special occasions, tailoring dishes to meet specific event requirements and guest preferences.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the culinary team and event operations for successful event execution.


  • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating unique and innovative dishes.
  • Creative flair, with the ability to design visually appealing and flavorful plates.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire culinary professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for the operation of Stadium Club.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 25 pounds.
  • Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
