The IT Administrator oversees all IT (Information Technology) functions related to Office 365 technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Defender, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and core applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. As a IT Administrator this individual will be responsible for basic domain management including GPOs (Group Policies) as well as basic desktop support for the employee workstations. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting performance issues, handling feature requests, and providing training on core desktop applications as well as managing the domain controller. Manage Exhibit Content change requests from curatorial department as well as assist in requests for custom content, graphics and branding changes for events.
