High School Diploma or GED Certification. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and five (5) years’ experience in managing commercial construction projects either as an Owners Project Manager or as a General Contractor. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience with Program Management Software preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Posses a current valid state issued drivers and meet company's auto insurability requirements.
Must have working knowledge of construction principles, practices, means and methods. Understanding of procurement methods, construction cost estimating, change control systems, value engineer process, project performance analysis, risk registers, and the design phase and process.
Ability to read and understand instructions, labels, reports, etc. Ability to effectively communicate information both written and oral and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Work assignments are frequently performed outside in all weather conditions.
This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
