
Senior Campaign Operations Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Campaign Operations Specialist ensures that programmatic ad campaigns for Adomni’s managed service clients on the Adomni demand-side platform (DSP) deliver the full budget allocated.
When issues arise that impact the health or feasibility of ad campaigns, the Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for taking remediation steps.
This role is also responsible for the provision of performance reports on campaigns.
This role interfaces with Account Manager & Strategists (AMS) and/or media owner representatives (supply partners), as needed as well as assist other Campaign Operations Specialists with training and ongoing support.
This role requires high attention-to-detail, an analytical mind and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple interactions and projects simultaneously, with a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee ad campaigns while they are running to deliver 100% of the spend goals of all campaigns.

Assist other Campaign Operations Specialists with training and ongoing support.

Troubleshoot issues that might affect the fulfillment of the campaign’s objectives.

Interface with account manager team members to coordinate activities or share important information about a campaign.

Interface with media owners to obtain proof of performance photos for launched campaigns.

Interface with the AMS team to relay any campaign optimizations plans or adjustments on each campaign.

Log all updates of the campaign execution in Zoho CRM in the tasks associated with it.

Note campaign health records in Adomni’s backend campaign management system - Overseer.

Prepare all campaign reports to present to the AMS team or set up an automated email program.

Interface with inventory team if there are broader issues that need technical troubleshooting

Sets regular check-in meetings with account managers and creates follow-up appointments and reminders

Analyze and evaluate campaign health and performance.

Provide Adomni’s product team with feedback on tools / reports that are missing or need to be updated.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Expert knowledge using Microsoft Excel to analyze and share data

Comfortable with Google suite, including Docs, Sheets and Slides

Experience with Asana for project management and Slack for communication is a PLUS
EXPERIENCE

8+ years in ad ops, financial auditing or comparable large data analytics roles
-
Experience with out of home advertising or programmatic advertising is a huge PLUS.

Experience working at or with an advertising agency is a huge PLUS.
LOCATION
Remote or in Las Vegas office.
