RIESTER is seeking a social media community manager who has proven experience employing a wide spectrum of social media platforms to extend the brand experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, action-oriented, resourceful individual who values being at the center of brand communication via social media initiatives and takes ownership of content strategy, content creation, publishing and reporting.
Responsibilities and Preferred Experience:
Work in collaboration with the brand account teams on maximizing social media channels to advance business objectives and to amplify the brand.
Originate content ideas that are in alignment with business objectives including but not limited to consumer contests/sweepstakes, original activations, influencer programs and other engagement tactics.
Create content calendars including image selection/recommendations and copywriting.
Ability to employ social media imaging/editing tools in creation of content.
Ability to examine, recommend and pivot content cadence as needed.
Assess and provide social platform use and content recommendations by channel or/by audience.
Ability to conduct social media listening and to extract meaningful information as a means of developing observations/recommendations from findings.
Experience with creating escalation plans and collaborating with customer service and brand managers to mitigate negative events.
Experience with social media listening and proactive community management as a means of uncovering methods to improve social media content and strategy.
Experience creating content performance dashboards and presenting findings to internal and external audiences.
